At The Pant Project, we want you to love your fit; if your custom-made or ready-to-wear pants aren't perfect, you can return or exchange them within 10 days of delivery. We offer free alterations and easy returns to ensure you always look and feel your absolute best.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn pants with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost.
Quality Check & Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
